I had high hopes as I walked into this establishment. Sadly, I felt very unwelcomed by the receptionist as she made me wait like 3 minutes to acknowledge my presence bc she was chitchatting with a nai Trash absolute trash. The owners incompetence, selfishness and horrible customer service skills leaves me in awe of how they can possibly still be in business. It doesn't deserve a single star but tha I absolutely adore The Nail Bar and have established myself as a regular customer due to the exceptional quality of service they provide.
